1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading the Printouts.online Agent Application or utilizing our web interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Printouts.online is a B2B2C cloud infrastructure platform that facilitates the transfer of digital documents from end-users to registered print shop owners ("Agents"). We provide the routing software; we do not provide physical printing services, hardware, or paper.

3. Agent Responsibilities

As a registered Agent, you agree to:

• Maintain the operational status of your local printers and network hardware.
• Not use the platform to print, distribute, or facilitate illegal, copyrighted, or explicitly prohibited materials.
• Protect your account credentials and ensure the desktop application is installed on secure, private hardware.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Agents may choose to upgrade to a "PRO" tier for increased quotas and multi-device support. Subscription fees are billed in advance. All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. We do not store raw credit card or UPI details on our servers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Printouts.online is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for lost revenue due to network downtime, hardware failure, or software bugs. We are not responsible for the content of the documents uploaded by end-users.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Agent accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the free tier limits through automated scripts.
