  • Agent Data: Business name, email address, physical address, and payment configuration.
  • Customer Data: Uploaded documents, print configuration settings (color, copies, pages), and IP addresses for abuse prevention.

2. Strict 12-Hour Document Deletion Policy

We understand the sensitive nature of printed documents. Every file uploaded to Printouts.online is permanently and automatically deleted from our cloud servers within 12 hours of the print request ending (whether the print was marked as "Completed" by the agent, or "Cancelled"). We do not read, data-mine, or retain your documents.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to provide the Printouts.online service:

  • Routing documents securely from a customer's device to the agent's local desktop application.
  • Processing subscription payments for PRO agents via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
  • Providing essential customer support and network diagnostics.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Documents uploaded by a customer are only accessible by the specific print shop agent associated with the scanned QR code. We share payment data solely with secure, compliant payment processors.
